You can get it by getting between the tank and the bank doors on Goldrush as the tank is firing.

the already mentioned ones, but then “Cyber-Knight fired-for-effect himself.” gets bonus points when its due to a game bug (?) - target your feet and die instantly when you shoot, not due to the smoke-marker explosion which takes a few seconds.
