Luckily Brink Has solved this for you with the matchmaking system Hopefully anyway. I spose just cause they’re the same rank doesn’t mean they’re as good as you.

That’s exactly what it means. The A+ pro player who reached lvl 20 in under a week and the casual less experienced player that reached lvl 20 in about 4 months, are both lvl 20.

Not really a player but a team of them… A team of light engineers with turrets in unreachable locations and 2 soldiers to keep everything on their ass.

I will definitely do this on defense though lol.

No there are not. If the enemy team is so bad that they don’t have a chance to win, the game kinda becomes pointless.

I think a good combination would be a Heavy Solder
Primary weapon: Gottlung Mini-gun
Secondary weapon: Lobster GL-06 Grenade launcher (its a medium weapon)

Use the minigun up close/mediam range and use the grenade launcher for spamming choke points at range, or groups of ifantry in a defensive position. Also has grenades + Molotovs and the ability to re-supply themselves.

I think I would want to avoid running into that.

Obviously you would rather face a team that does worse than you. Unless you like losing that is.
And if they’re terrible thats still some free xp and still better than having your ass handed to you unless you are into this whole new hipster culture of thinking its cool to be anti everything, including common sense.

Now i understand why your called trollface.
You don’t learn anything if you face people who you can beat blindfolded. Doesn’t make you a better player. Some people want to learn to play the game. If you face players who are better than you then you can say “ok how did he/she manage to beat me there” and you analyse the situation. Thus making you a better player and learning from your mistakes.

I will repeat myself: There is zero satisfaction for me if I beat someone (/a team) who didn’t ever stand a chance against me.
I like competing in games which doesn’t work with huge skill gaps. Thus I want to face players who are about my skill level.

And no, facing players that are way better than you is not fun either, but at least you can learn from them.

I agree with RAAAAAAAAAAGE here, There is nothing to gain from a 5 minute steamrole on pub or a 20 minute hold on the first objective against a team full of noobs. Thats why you have pro players play comp against other pro players so they can compete against other players of similar or higher levels and improve.

For me the best game is an incredibly close one where a team just manages to hold on or where the attackers get the plant just at the last second. Now if you dominate a team of similar skill level because your team had better tactics/teamwork then thats a different story.
