What is worse? Cheaters or Admins who tolerate Cheaters?

i just played on a server and we told the admin about a cheater, he specced him, told us to stfu and let him play. so what do you think is worse? the cheater or the admin?

what if the admin specced him and made the decision that he wasn’t cheating?

well, we told him he would have aimbot and wallhack, he got far more xp than the rest of the players, even his own teammates said he would have an aimbot, … what else can one do? besides i had demos of the cheater. and the cheater wrote - while admins were online - something about what to he’d with someone other’s mother, … he still didn’t get kicked. so what’s worse?

Tolerating cheaters is worse than cheating, but playing on such a server is even worse. :slight_smile:

i played on the Tweaking Gamer server last night and the rules of the server is no selfkill in fight, wich in agree too. Then the mofo semiadmin selfkilled 2 in a fight with me:S that pisses me off. thats worse than cheating, admins abusing there status.

noob admins who have their banners saying “no spawnkilling” braking their own rules, then you do it get kicked, gay imo.

I have been kicked from some servers for breaking rules when the admin themselves do it themselves.

@nail i play ET for the game, that includes killing people. Take away that and there is no more fun. And it doesnt clear any objective, if he sk’s he was about to die and he just respawned so all i get is an stronger enemy back.

Post a link to them, and to the server’s IP. It takes multiple views to brand a suspect a cheater, and learning about the server to determine what type of server the admin is trying to represent.

In other words…even without cheating, exceptional shooters don’t belong on all servers. Despite that, some server admins might look to increase the play quality of their server, even if it means occasionally letting a far superior player own all.

More players should learn to recognize cheating, and WAY more people should learn that they can’t do it alone.

So…post the demos and the server. And if there’s a thread in the server’s forums (if it exists), post that too so we can see the admin responses.
