You can rcon ur server with The All Seeing Eye ( http://www.udpsoft.com/eye/ )
Select your server in the list and press F8, now you can do some rcon stuff.

A big problem - I don’t know why, but server is not avaliable for connection to game (server is up) after some time after restart… And server is not visible in servers list inside game after some time after restart. I don’t understand why… It seems some people play there…
It does not say “server full” or something else. It simply can’t connect. And not for me only - nobody can connect for the game. But processes are running. People who entered before are playing?
I have two recerved slots with password… But it does not matter - I can’t connect: Connecting… 1… 2… 3… 4…

some error in server.cfg ? But with almost default server.cfg (+ public info) - the same problem…

about the Rcon, that guide was for RTCW and is the first version - they didnt update the page with the several large updates i made it it - its missing some things and wrong in a couple of places. if you check the “wanted” forum there you can find the thread with more updated versions, though i just stopped submitting them after awhile since they had no interest in updating it.
my ET rcon guide is here, it doesnt have asmuch stuff but most of the stuff in the other guide you wouldnt normally use rcon for anyway.
