in a clanwar you use it

if team A wins first map and team B wins second, then they throw a cointoss to decide who has first say on which map from map pool they dont wanna play. if team A won cointoss theyll say what map they dont like, and then team B will say what map they dont like and so on, til there is only 1 map left, which has to be played as the decider map.

commonly used in ladder wars, think many cups has a designated decidermap in case of a draw after first 2.

hope it helped, as Domagoj said, its only used on War servers
