what happen to the people who knows how to play

Seriously, recently I notice there are many noobs playing. with people who knows how to play on one side and the rest noobs on the other. I tried my best to help the weaker side but no they were simply hopeless. What is going on? is it because this game is free? when I was a noob I started by praticing on each level and see what is to do, but these days people were simply hopeless. I really cant stand the noobs anymore…
everywhere I go they are there.

BTW for those who doesnt know how to spell “team work” w/o team you are DEAD. I’ve seen this guy who simply ignored me for asking ammo and kept using his arty… :bash:

I AM SO TIRED!!!

Yes I am too sick to this.

But on the other hand when I started olaying online I was not a n00b, as I had first created my own server and played as “singleplayer” all the six maps through, as an allied engy and later as an axis engy. I do the same with new maps, to familiriaize myself with them.

If all “n00bs” did this there would be no “n00bs”.

But to your real problem, well find another server or something :???:

I hate it when I’m on a team that doesn’t talk.

Even worse is a team that doesn’t read the chatbox. Communication is so much more important in this game yet ppl haven’t learned to take a second to look at the bottom of the screen for ppl talking.

That is why I like scrims and matches. 7 or 8 trying to complete the same obj and the other 7 or 8 players trying to keep you from completing the obj.

these days on every single server you play on there are either newbies, lamers or cheaters. it’s getting disgusting.
yesterday after work i tested 5 different servers, on every of them there was at least one aimbot lameass.
now the best is when you know for sure and have proof and you expose a cheater you are either being ignored (by newbies), insulted (by lamers) or kicked (by cheaters).

note to any flamer: these are facts based on 2 years nonstop pro experience with the wolfenstein universe.

well i’ve noticed a trend for all the best players to go axis together and absolutly destroy anyone foolish enough to go allies. I have yet to meet any cheaters even though i play everyday

(Vengeance) #7

I have never met any cheaters either

(skinner) #8

you mean you have yet to notice any cheaters

who you play rtcw for?

ontopic, ive noticed a lot less complete n00bs about, it is so much better now than near release day. its helps alot if you pick your servers, better ones are building reputations and have a base of regular players.

 Absolutely true; I find that especially incomprehensible when something absolutely vital is relayed and people still don’t pay attention. You’d think a huge “MULTIPLE ALLIES INSIDE BASE AT THE BACK, NOONE HERE AND THEY’RE GOING TO PLANT” or something similar would get people to turn back from whatever they’re doing and defend the objective. Sometimes it’s just hopeless and I find that often the good players just leave the server when they find out things are like this. Maybe I should start doing that myself as mostly it just heralds an evening of frustration instead of good gameplay.
