Actually you accused us for not reading the whole post.
For those of you (Ahem, @MarsRover and @SereneFlight ) who just read the first lines of my post, please go back and read the rest of it were I explain my reasoning, Thank you.
I don’t see how that is like saying “are you guys sure you read the whole post?”
- I am entitled to my own opinion and I say levels are useful. Just be cause other people don’t agree doesn’t make me wrong. They are useful to me and if they are not to you then fine but don’t knock me for it. In fact I found use in something that many people could not. That make me “Stupid”? I think not.
Months of observations and discussion that has been done to death heavily suggests otherwise.
- I have respect for other players and I know other players who do as well. It is sad you and others cant because its pretty easy.
Not really sure where this accusation is coming from since right at this moment I can’t find any clues whatsoever that would indicate MarsRover couldn’t respect other players.
@SereneFlight http://i.imgur.com/RrUMXKQ.jpg Just because you win a match with a bunch of low level players does not mean that you didn’t carry them…
If I just look at the scores, kills and deaths, it seems to be the case that your teammates weren’t super discouraged.
If they were discouraged, they would have been probably just a split second distraction at the best.
In Dirty Bomb some people get discouraged right of the bat because of the level unbalance.
Meanwhile, in Red Orchestra 2, game where you can only see your teammates’ levels when you’re near to them, people get discouraged and unmotivated only if attacking team blitzes through first few objectives with little to no resistance or if attacking team only manages to capture 1 or 2 objectives and there’s 10% of the time left in the clock so it’s not like “well, those guys have more high level players… I guess it’s GG…”
