Afaik the restructuring is for the RAGE development team. This is normal after game release no matter what company.
I think our best shot for any reply (both RtCW and W:ET) would be for SD to get an official statement from Bethesda/IDSoftware.
You would at least expect to get a statement if they’re working to get master servers for RtCW/W:ET running again or if it was just discontinued.
