Bad fattakin! No “Best Accuracy” medal for you!

(Kerunch) #62

I was cleaning it officer honest it just went off!!!

(IPvD) #63

I run around with my binoculars out and go looking for firefights. I don’t see much of what’s going on, but I do see a small slice of it very well.

:moo:

That would be an interesting theme, WWII battles fought by soldiers suffering from tunnel vision . lol

(Aspone) #65

I like to slide on the ice in the allied spawn in RailGun.

I also like to break windows…

I Like to throw a granade up and try to hit if with my head

LOL,

The funniest thing happened to me the other day. It was on the fuel dump map. I was playing as a covert ops and I made it to the door that allows the axis access to the roof. I went through the door and stood on the other side of it against the wall. The idea was not to be seen by the axis as they went to the roof(door would be between me and axis player). Whilst I was waiting for our engineer, an axis player tried to go through the door but it wouldn’t open enough for him to go through. I was blocking the door shut! He keep trying and it wouldn’t open. The guy was puzzled for the longest. I could only imagine what they were thinking.

i was laughing so much it hurt.

Yup, its called Doorblocking, and its forbidden in wars. Its pretty funny on the pub though

(Penguin) #68

heh. The server I play on has shove enabled…so for fun I like to get a teammates to stand on top of me while I crouch and shove em so they go flying away…sometimes I catch them. Sometimes I don’t…once an enemy got on top of me and I got goomba killed :frowning:

(mouse) #69

You can shove people over the defences of the dump and on the higher parts of the Radar map. Thats fun sometimes.

HAHA I am so evil for resurrecting this topic, but I have a few things I like to do…

FUELDUMP–

As a covert ops with a sten I go up to the roof and do this: plant (but not detonate) the satchel at the west defenses, run down and hide behind the tree outside the east defenses, blow the west defenses (at this point the Axis are either inspecting the roof or the west defenses to figure out what’s happening) while I blow the east defenses. 7/10 times the axis don’t catch me and I keep destroying defenses and sniping people with my sten, getting easy headshots.

Also, earlier in the game I like to go around and down by the footbridge, skate the ice all the way to the grate, and jump over the threshhold where the tank blows the grate. Also, a good place to hide to wait for the Axis to leave their spawn is by the doorway to the right, crouch there and the Axis will never see you. Another good place to hide is by the cabinet up in the area above the steps, even though it is practically directly in the Axis FOV as they’re going onto the balcony they still seem to miss you.

When I am Allies I have a set path that I use whenever I am sneaking into their base. I go through the front gate, hugging to the west, and hiding and crouching behind the supply boxes. I run into the building and out the west side, plant the dynamite, and hide on the steps. This way I can lean to get a clear view if any engineers go to defuse the dynamite. Only time I was ever caught doing this was by an obvious wallhacker, but I wasn’t on his team so I couldn’t kick him…

EDIT: Oh yeah, I also hide behind the door that leads to the roof… if you get a little further back the Axis usually won’t notice you till they’re on the ladder and by then they’re toast.

OASIS–

This isn’t really weird, but I put landmines outside the guns so that the Allies have a harder time stacking to plant the dynamite. Also, as an Ally, I hide in the tunnels and defuse all the mines that the Axis plant to get easy XP… I know it’s cheap, but it helps my team doesn’t it?

GOLDRUSH–

A lot of times the tank is stuck right under the bridge over the courtyard. I usually jump down from the steps/off the bridge to repair the tank easily while the Axis have no idea where I am. I also toss dynamite down from the bridge onto the second tank barrier, this gives me an extra second to whip out those pliers before the Axis realize that their barrier is glowing green.

MISCELLANEOUS…

I always satchel the bodies of the unis that I’ve stolen, otherwise they don’t disappear until I lose the uni/die.

I always use grenades before using my bullets (if possible). I am very accurate with grenades (you can throw grenades while leaning… ;)).

If I know that I’m abuot to die, and I know a covert ops is coming, I hold a grenade and charge it. Most of the time it destroys my body so he can’t get my uni, and a lot of times I get the covert ops too.

I like to sneak up on MGers or sniping and stab them. Most people would just shoot them in the head, but I have a thing for stabbing…

Whenever I am in the air I crouch. This makes me less vulnerable… also it may increase my accuracy, but I’m not sure…

During warmup I whip out the knife and start drawing stuff on the walls/floors/etc…

When I’m sneaking around I throw grenades far away from me, this usually attracts the enemy and distracts them. Smoke grenades are ok too but they take away from the power bar…

I can probably think of more.

(GlUeYeS1) #71

i like to shoot my t8s helmets off lol (only when not in serious battle)

(Nehle) #72

I like to run around doing three-sixties whenever I don’t have anything better to do. If FF is off - Panzerfaust/grenade three-sixties. Also, I love sliding on the ice on Railgun/Fueldump

(bubba g) #73

I usually go flamer for the warmup and write messages in the sky - ATTACK! if the team is doing shit (I usually play allies) or such as COME ON! if we are doing well

Bugger knows if anyone else can read it…
