I’d say that you’ve balanced the weapons quite effectively just with RoF, damage, and spread. The only reason I’d consider the rifles and MGs so powerful is purely because they apparently have less fall-off penalty for both headshots and body shots. Those weapons already have higher damage and less spread, so I just don’t quite understand why they deserve such drastic advantage? It would make more sense for a scoped assault rifle types, with much slower firing rates to receive that benefit. The problem I see is that a MG or rifle can always out-kill an SMG user at mid range with just body shots and the SMG user already has a small chance of landing headshots at extended distances due to spread. Since rifles are still really effective at close range as well it just seems like an unnecessary addition. That’s my main gripe.
