We are not on the map?

Why doesn’t Lithuania have a name on Enemy Territory’s map? I noticed it’s the only country without a name… although other names are impossible to read

(shagileo) #2

at SD towers

Employee: Sir, they found out

Mister Damage : Damn, I hoped it would take a bit longer. It has only been 6 years… it’s time to release Brink before they find out more

(th0rn3) #3

Heh, I noticed it a long time before, but I didn’t have time to post it

(darthmob) #4

Lithuwhat?

(just kidding)

(valkyr) #5

Wales isn’t there either… and Northern Ireland + Rep of Ireland is all one country.

(shagileo) #6

They didn’t forget Belgium

Hurrayy for SD :stroggtapir:

(Pegazus) #7

Lithuania was not marked because it’s the secret hide out of Tapirs. There are many underground Tapir facilities near Vilnius. Sssh

Look at his evil smile.

Another Belgian?

Confesses

It’s actually pretty hard to read ‘Belgium’ in 2 or 3 pixels

@ Pega:

It’s way too cool you found a picture of the last ‘Pandir - with evil smile’. Crossing of Panda’s and Tapirs are not that common these days

EDIT: couldn’t help it, that tapir does remind me of a Panda … well a little bit …

(Pegazus) #10

That’s no Panda, that’s 101% Tapir.

(shagileo) #11

I know, but it had these panda cloaking colors.
But the tapir does have an evil laugh

On September 1938, Germans joined part of present Czech Republic to Germany. On March 1939 Slovakia detached from remaining Czechoslovakia itself and there were two „new“ countires:
Slovak Republic and Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia.

During WW2 there was nothing like Czechoslovakia or Czech Republic (as it can be seen on that map).

So… “We are not on the map.” too.

You can join Belgium if you like, just hop aboard :magicpony:

Lithuania was occupied by the Russians, BUT Lithuania was never renamed.
You can see it here:
