If you didn’t see the release date on the bethesda or splash damage website, you could as well have seen nothing

Looks nice in HD.

oh wow reading the comments over there is an exercise in painful.

in case some missed this on that page, here’s it injected into ur eyes

(SockDog) #10

GFW? But that is a certification isn’t it? Nothing to do with GFWL which will stink if they pick that over the likes of Steam.

(Nail) #11

There is NO GFWL, as mentioned several times

(SockDog) #12

Mentioned perhaps, but stuff changes. Nothing is a given until the game on the shelves.

Anyway, not sure if that was what Joe was implying with the pictures. I will admit that when I saw the same logo on the trailer my pooper twitched for a few seconds.

He might just be talking about the rating that they’re aiming for.

Thinking about it Joe is quite cryptic.

(Joe999) #13

sometimes things are as simple as they are: it’s a picture of the first official box art, and it hasn’t been on any news yet, so i thought i’d share

It looks…weird. O_o

(Rahdo) #15

well, that’s not really ‘official’ box art. the bethesda marketing guys are experimenting with lot of different box art concepts. that’s one of about half a dozen that i’ve seen floating around so far.

where’d you get it, joe?

also, the rating at the beginning of the hi res trailers is actually a rating for the trailers themselves. the full game won’t have a rating for quite awhile…

EDIT: Joe wins… go to bed already!

(Rahdo) #18

doh! i just noticed that myself and was coming back to say as much, but you guys beat me to it! You’ll note there’s a thumbnail of another box art concept on there as well, which also says GFWL. Will ask Jolly to follow up on that with the Beth guys next week!

(madness) #19

it says GFW, it’s not quite the same as GFWL imo

(Rahdo) #20

double D’oh!!! you’re of course right. i should know better.

/slaps self upside head :o
