@Fiktio For starters he’s in dire need of katana buff, cause that’s his gig, plus it’s so unreliable compared to other melee weapons (for example knives have 115 range and katana has…120 
)

@Someordinaryguy I agree that Phantom needs a minor buff and katana isn’t working well right now. Though the cloak is bothering me most and the fact that you are still visible while standing still. That’s of course opinion question, but I think he could be at least invisible while standing still.
@Watsyurdeal I don’t know how could I say it more clearly, but it’s brainless to rely ONLY on cloak and think that you can rush far away right front of your enemies.
But of course you will get seen and shot, before you can even tickle enemies with your katana! You could think another ways to get closer to your enemies. For example attack from side, out of sight (oh that rhymes) and maybe use another weapons that they gave to you. There’s a reason why Phantom got 2 another weapons with katana. Use them!

They might not see you coming, but they might hear you coming.
However sometimes they are distracted to somewhere else, shooting someone else, hearing something else. (Airstrike and shooting makes a lot sound!)
There are some moments when attacking from sides works and there are some moments, when they hear you and it won’t work. Being able to “read the game” is as important as understanding what’s going on and using those chances when they are available.

I agree, I try to flank whenever I can but IMHO the cloak sound is way too loud (I’d prefer something less obvious like radio static [+5 to spookiness https://youtube.com/watch?v=23FGKf11sZY ])
