I think it will be a good thing, although i see people saying vent or ts2 is better and using one of the two anyway.

@ Ragnar Will splatterladder be supporting ET:QW ?

We plan to support ET:QW, but this depends also on what game servers will report via getstatus resp. getinfo etc. We dropped D3 support, because it doesn’t report any XP like stuff, so we can’t build a ranking (although we discussed making a ranking only based on playing time).

On the other side the ranking is only one aspect of splatterladder - splatterladder also has the buddy and the server tracker, the clan and the map directories etc.
