Video problems on 2.60/2.60b but not 2.55?

Well when i installed this its runs perfect on max settings on 2.55 on the main menu it sits at 125 Fps but once i install 2.60/2.60b it get jump constantly on the main menu and in game on the main menu it jump from 125-107 ever 2-3 seconds it wasn’t doing this last time i play on this same computer and i can figure out whats causing it can someone please help.

Ive tried looking everywhere on the internet but with no success.

if you have a multicore cpuprocessor try and let WET run on 1 processor only

Or disable the desktop composition through EXE properties; Works with Gtk Radiant 1.4.0 also.
