The problem is SD not giving a sh!t or saying what they are doing about the matter. lying shamful ****s.
Very Low FPS.
My PC:
C2D E8400 @3.0Ghz
4GB RAM
Sapphire HD4850
In Multiplayer I have 40+ fps (rarely it goes down on 25). Resolution is Native (1280x1024) settings on lowest (reduced via Brink Configurator) except Textures which are on High. My only problem is the performance and no crossfire support which everyone have ;D
Wow…just…wow.OP complains on getting 17-30fps.
I get 4fps on normal campaign maps,30 on challenge, lowest settings possible on 800x500 res.So if you feel that 30fps is small number, seriously, get a ****ing life and think. This isnt an issue as 30fps is reasonably playable.
And yes, I specifically set the resolution that low, I get highest possible FPS that way, although singleplayer/MP is still unplayable.Usual fps on challenge maps like Be objective is about 15.Running this on Nvidia 8500 GT with a 2.6GHz single core processor.
I’d like to just point out that the minimum requirements:

state a dual core processor, and an 8800GS (which is heaps faster than the 8500 GT). It’s one thing to complain about frame rates lower than your card should be expected to perform (as is the case with the OP), and another thing entirely to complain about frame rates on a system that doesn’t even meet the minimum requirements.
