He does get a lot of hate but it really depends. If the game has been going for 6-7 minutes and you and other team mates are on 7000-8000 score while the Vasilli on your team is sitting on 600-800 score not throwing his nade and missing all his shots with a 1/15 K/D, then yeah it’s frustrating and understandable people want to kick him.
What’s even worse is like @MarsRover said, when you have fricken 2-3 Vasilli’s who have literally no clue what the hell they are doing. I swear Vasilli is like the moth to a flame combo for noobs on Dirty Bomb. Probably just wanting to 420blazeithowdoIquickscopeguys. LIke seriously. On Bridge for instance, and you’re attacking, and you have 3 snipers on your team sitting back on your side of the spawn. Like what the actual hell. How dumb can some people be. They’re not even in a position to get kills nevermind back up their team mates or help protect their team mates while they are trying to do work on the EV.
It’s just situational, but 90% of the time there is too much plebbery involved with Vasilli, so he’s generally kicked if the guy using him is a total tard.
I personally just feel like he doesn’t have enough health or something. The snipers feel like they have weird rego to me aswell tbh. I take out more Vasillis with Sparks than I do enemies when I an Vasilli. Maybe it’s just me but I can’t aim the sniper in Dirty Bomb to save myself. His heartbeat sensor is handy if thrown in proper locations though.
Vasilli has plenty of Health, he just lacks a reason to stick close to the team when his weapon is built for long range.
He needs the Dreiss or Grandeur for this exact reason, and @adroitYouth the Grandeur is considered a Sniper Rifle, even in the Red Eye role call.
@Watsyurdeal thats where the pdp comes in, its pretty viable in closer ranges.
