I tried it once again, and some of my friends tried it too and it doesnt work to anyone of em, and there is no any confirmation from the side of ID or SD so I doubt its fixed

He’s using Rudi’s host patch, which resolves etmaster to localhost, and then sending the request through to etmaster.net or idsoftware when it’s back online. Nothing wrong with this hosts file

Me too $mart…i keep hoping for that miracle.
I am trying to think of a way to get around the politics of getting the new master list added to the original ET install. Does the ET installer licensing allow it to be packaged together with other software i.e., the new master list installer?

Does it come back, or can we forget it?

They have told me it would be back online soon. Nothing changed.
I’m losing the hope myself.
I’d like to have the latest news around this one. Servers are getting empty, clans are disbanding etc. We need the masterlist back asap.

I thank ID for producing this game, and for ruining it x)

Just to confirm that this is still being worked on, though I still don’t have a definite time frame I’m able to share. I know it’s been down for a while and updates are few and far between, but id remains committed to Wolf: ET and keeping it alive.
