What are the coloured letters next to your name on the scoreboard?
You know something like: Magus BBHME

I would have perhaps asked that in the General Discussion forum, rather than mod-making.
They are medals for each skill - ie. B is battle sense, E is engineering, H is heavy weapons.
You get a medal for having the highest in that skill on your team.
