people in this forum and people I talk to on ETservers are so narrowminded it makes me sick, my first language is Swedish, I speak persian fluidly, and I understand lots of german and some bosnian, plus my english is excellent when I actually take time to write properly (this isn’t an example :))

don’t laugh at those with bad english skills, if I wanted to be mean I could laugh at say most americans since they know 1 or 2 languages tops. But why would I? I’m no “religious-love- everyone” guy but to the many and ignorant asses in this forum - show some respect to others, even if you don’t know them, sure won’t hurt anyone…

i have noted that shooting the truck with 7 granades as axis player it’s possible to get a light weapon (it could work with tank too), if so axis players are in the lead with goldrush and fueldump, does it?

right, i read that as:

I have noticed that by shooting the truck with 7 grenades as an axis player it is possible to get a new light weapon (mp40 or thompson). Ive found out this works with the tank too. So if the axis players are in the lead on goldrush or fueldump, do they still get new weapons?

No, i am not thick Mr ‘Death’, I only read things as they are presented, and it said nothing about a light weapon award, it said a light weapon, which to me means an actual gun.

And, what the hell is with the last part of it? “in the lead on goldrush or fueldump” - no one has yet mensioned it.

Back on thread - I’ve always understood it work that you only get the XP for the killing shot, not for every grenade thrown at the truck/tank - in that case, it’s not unbalancing.

The better question is why do the allies feel compelled to fix the god damn truck before the gold is even in the truck? It pisses me off to no end to be running out the door wiht the gold, getting killed mere steps away from safety, only to hear “truck repaired”

Yeah same with fixing the tank at fueldump when both walls are breached. It’s basicly giving 10XP to the axis fieldop so he can double spam your ass.

Thank God SD didn’t make the radar truck destroyable, can you imagine the xp whoring that would bring? But I bet they first wanted to do that with the road and the now useless bridge near allied first spawn, you needed to drive the truck away at the end. Good call Splashdamage :notworthy:

if you have a couple of guys in there planting, the tank can be really useful just for cover fire. At least, thats how i see it. at all other times its useless keeping it built tho as you say.

Last weekend I had to fight the urge to track down an engineer who was busy planting dyno and landmines at the first truck barrier, “So it isn’t a problem when we get the truck,” while the entire rest of the team was trying to steal that tank. :banghead: :bash: :disgust:

This topic is funny.

I like the way people are having a go at people for not understanding someones post. It’s like “Dont make fun of someone just cus they arent good at english.”
And then they start calling people stupid cus they didnt understand what something written in english meant.
Tbh the posts that guy made didnt really make perfect sense, but that is fair enough as it is not his first language. However asking someone for clarification isnt the same as attacking his english skills.

But for me the icing on the cake was that post about people being narrowminded. It was like:
“God narrowminded people make me sick. I mean, I dont slag off americans for being so goddamn stupid when I am such a genius”

Well if you contribute to a server your kicked/banned from and the fact they were nice enough to use theres when playing I really dont think I should need to ask especially as it was only your usual fun game crap. :slight_smile:

Salteh didnt say a think but instead welcomed and chatted with me when we were specs. It was only when you died (was speccing you, yes :slight_smile: and your CS stylee smg firing in burts o.O) and it auto moved to NoSoup did he proceed to rant of to me how I shouldnt have been spectating.

The fact I was ex LSR should have nothing to do with this. If your gonna think we (they) are low enough to have to cheat then think again… I have already ranted of from when replica did that to us thx.
