I download the game and the patch for my computer. When i try to play he game the create profile box comes up. The mouse slows down and slowly jumps to where i move it. I try clicking on things and it freezes after a couple clicks. I’ve reinstalled but that didn’t help. Any ideas?

try quickly just filling the info as fast as you can , because youll be able to change stuff later anyway, click enable punkbuster then create , as fast as you can before it crashes once your past that you should be fine hopefully or download it again if nothing works

It is probably a driver related issue. Try these things:
- use windowsupdate.com to update your windows. Make sure to get latest DirectX.
- Get the latest drivers for your motherboard. Go to the manufacturers website. If it uses a VIA chipset you are in luck, cause you can go to viaarena.com
- Get the latest video drivers. Go to chip maker, ati.com or nvidia.com, etc.
- Any other driver update is good, like sound drivers, etc.
