I have done the 3h for the Coal trinket, at the end of a match it said i got the coal trinket and am now working towards the Lamp. HOWEVER I have not received the trinket and still only have my Angel of Ire and Credit booster.

Also, I am looking into this asap. <3 I want you guys to get your trinkets! If possible can you please submit a screenshot of the pop up/progress for the “What the Dickens?” trinket hunt?

Don’t really know what’s going on.

Also on a side note as a bug. Sometimes when I go to open a case and it takes a really long time for the game to allow me to open it i.e “please wait…” (waits for a couple of minutes)
and then I cancel it and then close the case cause if I try to open it again, same thing will happen.
The case will just immediately disappear from my inventory as if it had been used. However, I don’t see any new loadout cards after this happens. Quite concerning indeed. I’ve never spent real money on one before, but that’s a rather dangerous problem on your hands.

I completed the 3 hours for the coal and didn’t even receive it. Now it’s beginning to track for the lantern.

some friends have started getting the same problems. however only a few. unsure what’s causing it. seems to only impact some players.

Didn’t show up for me either

Maybe it’s the same curse that prevented me from getting a CW card even after trying so hard.

I maybe should be getting one of those too. Can’t remember what founder’s pack i got back in the days. But either way, something worth mentioning I guess.

I finished the first mission of hours for the trinkets and didn’t receive.

This is easy to hand out once the event is over to anyone who missed it with a simple query to give out the correct item to people who don’t have the item AND meet the criteria of hours for having it.

UI says I’m progressing toward the lamp. No coal trinket in inventory even after restarting the game.

I also am progressing to lantern and don’t have coal trinket. Restarted it as well.
