Getting same thing, restarted, played matches, etc. I was never given the ‘congratulations’ screen, just moved on to the next trinket.

I did my 3hrs and it said I got it. But I don’t see it anywhere, not in Barracks, Items, Loadouts… nowhere. Also after this, my Loadout cards sorting gets messed up everytime I go to Loadouts tab. It doesn’t save my sorting filters.

I have played even more than 3 hours in fact I’ve started playing with a friend of mine, he took a break, I kept playing, he got the trinket but I didn’t :frowning:

Same here and everyone I asked hasn’t received it yet. Seems like the majority of players didn’t get it. Posting on the forums shouldn’t be a solution.

I didn’t get it and neither did another friend of mine, the third friend was the lucky one and he got his, we all played at the same time for the same amount of time

I should have got coaly a long time ago and still haven’t received it although i’m not getting the bug of the progress bar not moving thats been okay for me, not sure if this is also affecting the drops of dickens cases too I have put a lot of games in and seen nothing but i guess that just my luck.
