wtf? ever heard of punkbuster? and they catch most cheats by people reporting them… so then some people do have toc heck sites out to find latest then email them I’ve done it to about 7 cheats now which without my email they would have sat there for another week or two. so saying that comment your either a dumb ass or you are Bludd from that forum =P

Wrong. It mostly catches older versions they know of. The fact the coders know what PB is lookin for each time a version comes out its kinda obvious they’d stick on top. Its always been the case.

And, if you look, you’ll find my nick iirc on one or two of those sites from before. And again, instead of being a cheater and using these, at the time I was an admin who had to test/keep reg checks and updates of these…

But since you can’t do continious “bunny hopping” in RTCW/ET, then there’s no real advantage to it. The only advantagious jump i see in those games is the circlejump. The lack of bunny hop effect doesnt boost you in anyway… cos everytime you stop, you go back to walking speed so there’s no momentum to build. There’s is a very slight advantage to doing it in RTCW/ET as even tho you cant bh, you still get that small boost with each jump… so doing a continious repetion of strafes will put you ahead a bit, but not by much.

Well… what about downward slopes? You seem to keep your speed there, no? (Or does it just seem that way?) It’s not comparable to Quake, but in a lot of maps there are quite long ways down, especially those custom beach maps hehe. Or think Goldrush from the 2nd allied spawn.

Well that’s not really strafe jumping, it’s bouncing off a slope. You can do that by just pressing forward then jump at the right time… you don’t need to press strafe buttons at all. Also there’s no real control, you can only go the direction of the slope and maybe swerve left and right slightly, and it can only be done on slopes. I use as much slopes as i can to get somewhere faster.

I found it strange however that in RTCW single player section you could consecutively strafe jump without that pause when landing, but couldnt online :disgust:

Well yeah - you don’t need to, but you can. As I said you seem to keep the speed while in “one stiff leg mode”, so under certain circumstances you can do some continious strafing, until you hit a wall or too flat ground. Or at least that’s my impression, not really knowing shit about strafing etc.

Maybe I’m just acting ignorant because I don’t know anybody who can do it and I’ve never meet someone on a LAN party who got the skills either. Blame me for not taking a movie for proof.

how can i use nofatigue in a by me created game?
it always says cheats are not enabled and that cheats off are locked…
how can i enable cheats/ unlimited stamina?

load ET, drop console and type /g_gametype 2 , then decide what map you want… lets say goldrush, and type in console /devmap goldrush. You should be able to use all cheats now.
