Since watching your video I’d really like to have a go at trickjumping, but I think I’d need to make some changes to my config. I’d really appreciate some advice and any links for guides etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

Go here. For infos why fps affects your jumping go here. Additionally you should search this forum for keywords like pmove_fixed or com_maxfps, these settings are discussed in severel threads.

Btw, nice video I can do all the jumps in it, but i get a little caught up on the split screen one on oasis, nice job on that one bro,i think one of the funnest things about the game is trick jumping, btw nice job sick boy, etmoves2 was cool.

That video is CRAZY! n2y, if you could give some walkthru’s for some of those jumps, it would help a lot. I can do a few of them, all the oasis ones except that crazy balcony one (I’d love to know how you did that) and pulled off the ice river jump in fuel dump a few times and other easier ones. Hopefully I’ll be able to do them all one day :banana:

Oh ok ghost now I no what ur talking about,yea that one is really hard,it still takes me a good 5 minutes to get it once,its all timing ,I had the problem of hitting the wall cause I would turn to early,but try jumping at a different spot and drift a dfferent time and you will find it out.

Well acually i made it but i didnt, I landed at the egde and stoped and i was up kinda but then i fell,but it is still all timeing,is that still it.
