It got dropped by Dinius(sorry,if I written name wrong) the lead programmer/author in 2011 August,if I’m not wrong.

Dinius stopped playing ET, started developing his own “jumpgame” that ended up being too defraglike so he dropped the project. I was originally a TJMod developer aswell but didn’t like how the mod turned out so I decided to start from a scratch. The website isn’t as full of useful info as tj.me was but it’s better than nothing
