I keep thinking how amazing some kind of flowing tunnel system integrated in the maps would be.
A particularly gushing review in eurogamer. Still taking up an unhealthy amount of my free time after the 1.0 update. The iterative approach to map design and feature additions is definitely a plus for the F2P model.
Good writeup as well, they touch exactly on what I think is so great about the game. That feeling when you tell a friend you’re incoming for a cap at 300+ in a few seconds, so he can create the distraction right on time feels so extremely satisfying.
It has to be said though, that since release the amount of new players is a bit on the high side, I’m getting killing sprees everywhere. Only yesterday I had a juggernaut game on Arx, and I was at 5 kills within the first minute!!!
oh yea, after a longer break i decided to pay you a visit again.
i am playing tribes, too. not very often though and i consider myself barely average. i enjoy it though. currently i try to get better with my raider. i actually prefer indoor battles a bit.
but, yea, the game still is pretty difficult for me. i get a blue plate special now and then but sometimes i’m unable to hit a single spinfusor splash against a heavy.
you may add me to your friendslist but no promise i will be able to do a match regularely. my ingame nick is “Zornbringer”. that’s german and means wrathbringer. i play on europe amsterdam but also might play on europe london if neccessary.
