As i’m sure you know, this game has a rather toxic community (some games have it worse though so ._.). Idk why everyone thinks it’s necessary to spam NOOB VASILLI on forums, and rather childish stuff on others. Even in some games (before I uninstalled of course) there were some salty people. Whether it be because of the game or other people, its rather unnecessary, so here’s my question…
How can we fix it?

Doesn’t matter as long as plenty of others inexperienced players do - even if politely asked not to.

Not really. Not doing things that are known to rile others up would go a long way in reducing toxicity.
Sadly in many respects Dirty Bomb is toxic by design. Bronze players are matched with Cobalts in ranked, level 3 players have to face level 100+ players in casual, it’s possible to have 3 Vassili but no medic in team, it’s possible to have 6 or more Javelins, there’s an invisible merc that spread toxics taunts with keyboard shortcuts and so on.

we’re not trolling, we’re irritated to have a community member like you.
All online games have some degree of salt in their community. There’s nothing you can do to stop it, all you can do is ignore it or prevent its triggers if it’s really that much of an issue to you.
But more importantly, why are you still here when you said you were leaving? No offence, but when you hate almost everything about the game enough to go on your own toxic rant about it, I really don’t think this forum is for you. Everyone here is extremely dedicated to the game (as it is now mind you, more or less), and as evident by the comments on your last post, you’re going to have a pretty hard time fitting in here. I’d recommend the steam forums or reddit for more casual DB conversation, because frankly, there’s really not much you can do here after “leaving” the game in an angry rant.

The only real solution to toxicity is to acquire a detoxifier: spray it generously on the head of toxicity and make sure to finish it off before toxicity’s younger brother drama comes along and revives it!

Seriously though, the members of the community don’t typically have a problem answering questions. We do however tend to react poorly, and often harshly, to whining complaints that display a lack of understanding of the issue in question; this is, in part, a result of the track record of the developer’s response to such outcry in the past. We all get angry at things, we get salty; this game does seem to incite the inherent competitive nature we, as human beings, have. This is not the place to vent such frustrations though, the developers look here for actual critique and discussion about the game; pointless, and sometimes baseless, complaints and venting of personal issues have no place on this forum. There is customer support for that if you have some personal issue to complain about.
So yes, we will often react harshly to such posts; there is a good reason for it, one that holds weight and merit. If you don’t want these kinds of replies, or wish to keep them to a minimum as there will always be assholes on the internet, then keep rage-fueled rants out of your forum posts and be constructive. If you’ve done this in the past it will take time to alter peoples views on you, as you’ve already established a reputation with past posts; they’ll be less inclined to take your post seriously, and more so to view it as another instance of baseless whining, if you have done so.
P.S. This isn’t directed at any one person either, this is a general statement, one that I don’t feel is unreasonable. So if you took offense to this, sorry; but this is not about you, it’s about why this happens here in the first place.
