I run an acoustic music night in a Belfast drinking den every tuesday night. We are having a Smiths tribute night next Tuesday, 29th. Would you ask him if he’d be available for a support slot? 
Even if he says yes and doesn’t turn up that is fine too. It would be just like him and his moods, and the punters would be happy enough that at least they had been snubbed by the man. 
I can get him a pint, but that is about it payment-wise…

I have just heard in the past that sometimes they never respond to applicants, and I wanted to make sure I was not wasting my time or anything. I really want to work there but I guess the excitement went alittle too far. My bad.
