Today I fucked up by buying a 17,500 loadout for Fletcher, then went to check my loadouts to find that that loadout was one of the two cobalts that I currently own.

I did something worse really, I traded my best Kira loadout along with some useless stuff for a gold CR51Enhanced Operative Phantom that has a Beckhill. It’s the lurking type of game for that loadout which I don’t play.

Back in the day I thought if you equipped a loadout card with each merc that it wouldn’t be allowed to be traded up similar to how you can’t trade-up cards in your current 3 merc rotation. I traded away all of my good Bronze cards for everyone who wasn’t in my 3 merc rotation at the time. And this was back when credits were much harder to get and there wasn’t a way to buy the exact bronze you wanted so you had to rely on good old fashion RNG.
