hi, recently i wanted to optimize my config, i made a short flyby demo on some crowded server, and happy me, broght pen and a piece of paper to note things, i typed timedemo 1 in the console, demo test… map has loaded, i see the first screen of the demo and i wait… and wait… well normally i have a little freeze when it finishes loading the map, but in this case, it wont unfreeze, nothing works i have to push “reset” 
when i load demo without timedemo 1 it works
help me here, im desperate, i want to tweak my cfg
i tried different configs (even the stock one)
specs:
athlon 2400+
1 GB ram DDR
radeon 9800 np
Epox 8rda+ (nforce2)
maybe those specs are high, but i have some large fps drops in some moments (30% of online gaming :/)
hope someone can help me
