To be honest i’d be fine if u weren’t so slow when swinging. I’d love to see that skin as well btw.
Having that Skin would make having a Loadout above Bronze useless. Silver, Gold and Cobalt are basically just cosmetic advantages over anything.

Customization is coming for a lot of stuff. The game not being competitive because of muzzleflash…did you seriously just say that? And Phantom has nothing to do with the current competitive state of the game and never did so trying to sound as if comp players are unhappy because Phantom got nerfed is a bit ridiculous don’t you think?

What about giving a second ability to Phantom? Something like:
Ability: Katana Cut.
Duration: 3 or 2 seconds.
Recharge: 6 or 8 seconds.
Effect: You have to be in “invisible” mode to use this ability.
When you activate it, during 3 or 2 seconds you lose your “invisibility” and you cannot activate it. Your movement speed increases to 470 or 450. Every hit with the katana can kill someone or you can hit with the katana faster.
Do you think they can give him something to use more the Katana being balanced?
This or giving him the ability to spot enemys as Vassili or Redeye can do? I would like to use more Phantom because I really like this merc and his personality and I would like him to do more teamwork.

Splash Damage just needs to remove the melee turn limit and increase the attack duration, but not as long as the original. Make it slightly longer, so you can atleast hit something that is moving faster than you are. That is all that needs to be fixed.

Yes he does, meleeing is a horrible idea against good people. Even if they remove the turn limit it will not solve the problem of people seeing him coming half the map away and his inability to kill mercs above 100hp. Oh and the mercs he can 1 shot are all faster then him so have fun trying to melee them.

Firstly, to penetrate through armor (easier to puncture steel than it is to try and cut it open) and, secondly, to gain more reach (when you cut you’re arms are bent so to generate velocity, but when you thrust you fully extend your arms to generate force).

This video explains the pain of using the katana nowadays and how it’s almost pretty much useless in situations that it’s supposed to be useful.
All this tells me is slow down the Rate of slashing on Knifes too ( not the speed of slashing on talking before you can slash again )? Not buff the Katana.
