More Phantom loadout with the perk on the katana loadout (undercover i think) because it’s basically extending your ability time…
This is a thread that WILL NOT include any team bias to do with the event!
@Brain_of_Britain Exact.
Personally i just need kek-10 or crotzini to do good on phantom but perks and the katana are bonuses.

you dont like fragger then…
or any bolt action snipers

Oh… that moment when you wished you were a Merc with Nades huh?
@Nesodos i dont think bolt action snipers quite fit with grenades, it takes great skill to headshot most mercs, and you can usually see snipers and have some chance to fight back in cqc, but I agree with the grenade bit
Actually, relative to fragger, if you see the fragger, it’s pretty easy to avoid the nade. Now, back when spawn fragging was a thing, I’d agree with you. But this game has come a long way since then. And even when that was a thing, you just waited a bit to see a frag fly and hit a room you weren’t in. Kekles!
Anyway, 2nd wave loadout cards are a nice thought for the future. But personally? I just can’t wait until Gallery comes out. That was the one execution map that I adored!

I would agree on the corner thing if all corners in Db would be large enough for you to see what’s behind and being able to shoot the mines. I could name atleast 2-3 places on every map at important passages where you simply can’t get an angle to shoot a mine without triggering it.[/quote]

Unable to react that means you nid to git gud and avoid mines.
“b-but lock on on mines is overpowered!”
is explodydendron on fragger overpowered?
is spare mag on thunder overpowered?
is n20 on rhino overpowered?
“b-but Porky is an engie!”
so does fletcher.
“C-cheap Kills!”
which one is cheaper?
throwing stickies to a room and clear the squishy medic from a safe distance?
throwing Molotov to a room and clear the people from safe distance?
(i can clear those people inside generator room in bridge with throwing molotov to the ceilling.)
or risking life flanking to put mine on aura med station to clear the room?
supposedly risking life is expensive and needs a degree of skills on flanking and ninja stealth.
in terms of skill, proxy do need skill to play.
“P-Proxy charge”
proxy only has 90 health, they are really easy to kill compared to fletcher and stoker.
its either your aim or you just cant shoot women.
“M-Mine Monkeys!”
have you guys seen fletcher jumping while throwing stickies or shooting sniper shotgun(anhuld)? have you seen stoker jumping back while throwing molotovs? that is more monkey and less of a gentlemen than porky (which always risk her life to plant moines).
there you go pastry sama. if you need some credible argument for proxy.

@buffMonorail The biggest difference you fail to see on the “Minemonkey” argument is that Fletcher has to aim while jumping around while Proxy can throw a mine in general direction of the enemy and either force him to run or blows him up with the broken AoE effect. That’s what everyone often doing and that’s what I did when I occasionally had to play her. And I hated it.

Well, i do have to say that you can outrun a Molotov and unless you run into a Fragger who already perfectly cooked his nade to give you a blast, its pretty predictable when he falls back to cook his nade. About the Stark AR… well, you will die form many Weapons with an Headshot so you can never react to any weapon.
To add something to your list:
-you cant react to invisible Skyhammer-Airstrikes
-you cant reatc to invisible laser (or these called down on your forehead).
soo…proxy dont need to hide their mines?
soo…proxy dont have to aim carefully her moine to a middle of a mob so her mine can kill at least 3 people?
soo… proxy dont have to aim her moine when she shoots her moine to explode her moine intentionally?
the only thing i know are:
fletcher and stoker dont need to tactically using their ability to check enemy position.
fletcher can detonate their balls from a safe range intentionally, proxy cant and she needs to watch her mine. its not like i can just put it in the middle of the walls like fletcher balls.
“b-but i hated her”
then thats it.
you dont like proxy not because shes fast, not because she has small hitbox, not because her mine is more superior, not because she gets hochfir, not because she got mp400 side arm. but because you “hated proxy”
i cant convince you to these facts i write because you are subjectively rejects the idea that proxy is shit.
i was once like you. i hate vasilli.
then i tried him
it was not as easy as i thought he is. thats why newbies having hard time using vasilli.
but i slowly gets the idea of playing sniper and i actually liked it.

You unironically and seriously want to say Fletcher does not need to aim sticky bombs to stick them to enemies while Proxy has to aim explosives with maybe 3-4 times the AoE and 1.8x the damage she does not need to stick to someone but drop on the ground in the general direction where enemies come from?
@buffMonorail So we assume I believe you Proxy and is the uber mega hard-to-play-mega-strategic-merc-ever and Fletcher is easy to play, cheap and non-skillful. Why do we see so many newbs playing Proxy but no Fletcher? Isn’t it usually the case that newbs stick to easy mercs?

“B-Bait S-Son!”
what happens when you misplaced your mine? somebody shot it and you die.
when was the last time fletcher misplaced his balls and die horribly in one shot?
proxy run to enemies, some guy with rifle can easily headshot her.
fletcher run to enemies, he obliterates them with his balls after he survived burst fire.
playing proxies is waaay harder than you think if youre playing with people in your own league. noobs pick it up because she is a better engineer because she has speed and shotgat which is both noob friendly.
numerous times i have shot a proxy charging at me and she drop dead as soon i burst to her head but, when a smart guy plays it he dont charge at me instead, he bait me into his trap just around the corner.
when fletcher goes into a corner, he gets a free pass, people stop following him in fear of his balls do 100 damage to the face.
