Ok. I know Xbox Live anyway. And that usually preorder bonus codes are on a receipt when you pick up the game or in an email if you order the game online. If the content is already on the disc then fine it’s already there. Just figured with the way microsoft did things it sat on a server and was added to the game when you registered the code like everything else on live.

Edit: And you don’t have to be a pompous ass to someone who doesn’t have their facts straight.

The item you have has to be seen by others, so rather than everyone having to download a gun model that you’re carrying so they can see it, it’s on the disc.

Ah, unless it’s in a mandatory patch which everyone needs to download if they want access to servers! Then it can be released online! Those types of mandatory patches are easier to implement these days thanks to games being on Steam/XBL/PSN.

Muhammad Ali, Abraham Lincoln, James Bowie (inventor of the bowie knife) were all born in kentucky, and yeah any “bourbon” that’s not made in kentucky doesn’t deserve to be called bourbon. We also have the largest fireworks display on this half of the globe celebrating the kentucky derby (here in louisville) which is participated in by people from all over the world therefore making it a worldwide event of note. And Louisville Kentucky is the 17th largest city in the United states of america. Thanks for playing go home.
