The way teams are being balanced at the start of every match (both Objective and Stopwatch modes) needs to be changed. Right now balanced, public matches are extremely rare.
In Objective mode most of public games end very quickly with overpowered team either getting a full hold over the attackers, or finishing map within a few minutes.
In Stopwatch it’s usually a very quick round when the stronger team is attacking, and then full hold in the next.
I often see all low-level players put in 1 team, and high levels stacked in the other. Like, really, all new players are more often than not in 1 team. It’s not an exaggeration, a few minutes ago I saw a match start with one team being full of single digit players, and the other full of 15+ levels and no one tried to deliberately stack. It happens way too often to be acceptable. Being spawn-trapped for 5+ minutes probably isn’t attracting new players and spawn trapping increasingly frustrated players isn’t fun for the other team.
If teams are made randomly, then at the very least implement some placeholder. For example some simple function that would put ppl in teams in a way that would keep the difference in the sum of player’s levels as small as possible. That would surely give better results than random teams.
