Come to think of it, a way would be if server registered when someone highlights you (and unhighlights you), that is when you point xhair at somebody, it shows you his nickname.
In this case it could work as for example:

That would mean that I killed The_Beholder, stepped on him and looked at him (his nickname was shown ovem my xhair) while crouching/uncrouching (so that it's only when I am standing on his body and looking down on him that I can crouch/uncrouch w/o unhighlighting him). Mad idea of course but makes fun to fantasize :)I have an idea…!
For sure something like this require some code or a mini mod. But i believe my solution is the simpliest possible.
You have the head hitbox, don’t?
You will also need the pubis hitbox, and you will need to count how many times the head hit box colide with the pubis hitbox. Each collision is one point.
You can stay down on the enemy, but it will count as one colision only, so, one point only.

Yes, but you need to make a correction to make sure the guy is crouching at the head. Also, people will be able to make telephatic Tbag if they are on different floors.
just measure distance between the two avatars, determin some minimal distance and if one guy crouches more than once withn 1 or 2 seconds he is teabagging
Its a funny idea, but I still think the Tbag must be a gift, not something you want to brag about a have stats 
Its a great thing to give to your friends, and to spread the love (and the std’s)

In BC2 u can steal someones Dogtag by knifing, maybe u can add some hairy balls at the stats page of a tbaged player, and some kind of sign at the page of the tbaging player 
It should also detect if the Teabagging Player is a Girl, cause then it really isn’t teabagging anymore
