Anything odd about a player that seems to have uncanny aim that instantly stares at the ground or sky and spins rapidly for a second or two every few minutes?
Or guns you down like a champion after you’ve planted at the anti-tank gun then doesn’t disarm the dynamite even though he’s an engineer with 25 seconds still left on the dyno?
I’ve often wondered too, when someone says someone is using wallhack, is this after they have recorded a demo of them, then watched the demo with /shownormals 1?
They might be using wallhack, then again they might just hate walls and love wasting ammo. 
NO more to this please. Gonna turn into yet another cheat thread. If from the first post your playing on a server and you think someone is cheating… keep it to yourself tbh. Spec, grab a demo and guid. Or even better grab an admin for that server. Or, if you just cant handle it, just leave the server. There honestly is no point in saying ‘such and such was like this or that’ because nothing can be now tbh. Furthest we could take it really is just to get there IP/GUID made public (pbcheats.com?) and on several different BanLists.
Normally, if a newbish person is using a Wallhack, and if PB aint violated them yet, its kinda obvious to see. Decent players however can hide it ieasy.

I think ifurita may be right, some french guys made Bots for enemy territory. I seen a demo of the bots, and they move exactly the way u say.

Yeah, that’s me. I just got this new Microsoft trackball and the little roller thingies keep getting stuck when a microscopic piece of debris gets in there. To fix it I just spin the ball really fast and that tends to dislodge whatever was causing it to stick. Kinda funny when peeps are speccing me; they see I have a hard time looking left, then suddenly I pull this wicked 720 and go back to playing normally. =)

It’s not yours that is the problem. I think it happens with all mice when you play ET. It’s sometimes also uncontrollable.
Mice + ET = Mind of there own. Its as if they’ve got completely different things on there mind when it comes to interaction.
Actually I was bothered by the fact that I was gunned down by someone that could shoot so well yet was totally ignorant to the objective.

Sounds like a bobot to me. Those stupid bobots though, I wish they could defuse dynamite. It’d make the playing experience 200% funner. But I’m not complaining!
Bobots join clans and talk and reply to others too?
It was a human, maybe he just didn’t see the dyno on top of the gun? Oh well, at least we won the map.
Learning to aim in any other FPS will translate easily to ET. There are a few gameplay specific things they’ll need to learn, like how the hitboxes work and weapon spread. But take anyone who’s played CS or SOF2 for a long time and have them play ET, they’ll do pretty well accuracy wise even if they don’t know about class-specific skills or map objectives.

I’ve got the spin rapidly for a second or two myself on different systems, in my case it was the optical mouse and the wallhack stuff… well i hate cheaters that’s why i play on Pure/Punkbuster servers with restrictive cvar settings… and if someone manages to get through with a new 0day cheat we don’t mind either since good players will still win from the kid with the lame tools good players with cheats you say? nah the good players don’t need them so i don’t have to worry about that either.
ya sorry but everyone who said it was BoBots ummm they are all named BoBots and they cant join real servers you have to run your own and play againt them also how would one of them get into north gun? as soon as thye get ina room they look at sky and walk around in the room for 10 minutes lol
Uhmm… the weird turning of the player can be explained by XP’s shoddy mouse drivers… i have a optical mouse… that now and then looses connection somehow… and then my player is turning arround like a madman…
So… players that turn like that prolly have a optical mouse like me
