Yeah umm… i dont know how to tell you this…but ET has only been out for about 20 days, and no one has had time to make a good one yet.

You can compile ET stats using Wolfstats. It’s not the best, but something.

umm i know its been out for 20 days weve served it since the test version came out, we have stats program i just dont like it… Soo I guess Ill just wait and see.
I am actually working on one. using perl and mysql. I still have to hack some of the stuff but I’m getting close. Maybe if someone from splash damage would you know help me figure out what some of the crap after clientuserinfochanged means it will get done 
I have figure out some of it like teams and I think classes but not sure. But I got teh kills and suicides down and can compute ratios… Which I guess is the most important.
So maybe you all can help me out as well.

I have figured out that \1 is equal to team
1 = Axis
2 = Allies
3 = Spec
I believe \c\0 is class not sure also not sure what number equal to what class.
And the rest of it I just don’t know what it is or stands for. For my program I just need class and team but there might be some good stuff in the rest of the line.
Also does anyone know what Weaponstat means its written in the log file right before someone leaves and at the end of the level for everyone on. Its Weaponstats : and some series of numbers thats different for everyone none of them are teh same or have the same number of numbers following it.

I’m talking about server logs but will test this out to see if it works for server logs.
This is what we use, it has some individual stats, check it out, its not very good but seems to be better than ND80, no offence… But I wish there was something better… Here is a link to our stats page…

No offense taken; it’s not my stats program, just what we use until some other program that is specifically designed for ET comes out.
Well I’m currently working on something for ET server logs. Its coming along very nicely. I will warn you it will require MySQL database and perl/php (Perl parses the logs, PHP will be used to display the database results)
Right now I am working on just the simple stuff like kills and deaths and weapons used etc. I do plan to add more to it later on like Wolfstats has. Also I will also say at first this program won’t be perl/mysql friendly it will require you to have admin control in mysql to make tables and stuff but it will be open source and free when I’m done.

That is automatic parse server side log. seem

I’m at a lost on what you mean. I don’t want to parse client side logs but the server logs for my server.
Just adding my 2 cents. I wrote a server side log parsing guide for RTCW and it and ET will be 90% the same. At least that’s my guess anyways.

The thing that turned me away from wanting to really develop it was the fact that the most unique identifier (read: key for the table) available is the player name. This really bites because If you play on 2 different days with 2 different names, (or get logs from 2 diff servers also), you wind up with stats for 2 different players. What gets me is there is a GUID available to use in the game, but it’s not shown in the logs when a player connects. With that one bit of info you could track a player’s true stats and the names he/she uses.

Ive made an update for Wolfstats but when we tried to compile it under Windows and *nix we get more then 800 errors :disgust:
It uses some odd libs and we havent figured out yet how 2 use them.
Or maybe some of you did compile an Wolfstats version before and wants 2 compile a new version, please contact me.
