Few games take advantage of supressive fire (like bf2).I hope brink does support it in a true way
Stat Tracking
I want to see that as well together with my accuracy (+headsots) per weapon.
Class specific stats (revives, ammo, repairs, interogations, etc.)
I know that many will dissagree but I would also prefer to see my kills and deaths, others don’t have to see them, I just like to see my personell stats after a round.
No need for global stats.
I’ve always been of the opinion
Match stats, hell yes
Global stats, no thanks
Some funkily named awards that are “randomly” awarded would be good for a laugh as well
By which I mean a pool of say 50 different awards and the 2 or 3 most deserving are show after the each match
e.g. DarkangelUK has received the Locki Engineering Award for spending more time repairing turrets than actually playing the game!
It seems like they will have stats that you can track through your server. I’m assuming this means if you want to create your own web page for speciific stats on your server you can:
agree, in TF2 you can see your kill/death (along with other stuff like defenses, points captured etc) in the scoreboard at the end of the round, but there are not global leaderboards anywhere.
That really helped me to see how much i was improving
The game will be tracking all stats. The question is what do they display and how.
I laughed when I loaded the Crysis 2 MP demo for the 1st time, and the loading screen tip was “Make sure you get a good kill/death ratio”
I giggled when it said that you and your teammates need to use “teamwork” to win the Team Death Match. Cloaked campers took that message to heart…

Yeah class specific records and stats would be good. I’m still unsure about keeping anything like a k/d though.
