standard server needs full mod files

ive an etpro server
i am unable 2 mod it banners arnt working
semiadmin wont work
cant get map configs 2 work
IM LOOKING 4 A FEW MAP PK3 FILES
NEED A FULL MOD READY 2 LOAD ON2 MY SERVER

my server provider is useless
all i want 2 know is how 2 make a map campaign and add it
and exactly should semi admin script look like

i tryed this a million times…
ive looked up all the sites about modding servers but no joy…

b_semiadminpass3 “level3password”
b_semiadmincmds3 "mute unmute ban map campaign swap_teams

i used a program called MAPROTATION 2 make a cfg file
then i uploaded the cfg file 2 my server and put it i etmain/etpro neither worked
