Just a note in case anyone finds it helpful:

I’ve recently upgraded my spawn selection script to include another couple dozen maps. You can grab the latest version from here:

…or if you’re running an older verison, there’s an upgrade (doesn’t overwrite per-team or default autoexec’s) here:

Supports 86 maps, any feedback welcome ;).

Good lord man! That’s a lot of maps! I keep meaning to add more maps to mine but determining the spawnpoints is such a chore that I never do it. Plus I’m always flip flopping between using spawn scripts, or just binding my keypad to the point numbers instead. Anyway, thanks for sharing. :slight_smile:

Stock versions or mapscript versions?

Stock versions mortis ;(. I keep meaning to do the mapscript versions, except then I don’t know which ones to include etc :(.

Would be nice if you could put a .arena in with a mapscript or something so the map was loaded with MAPNAME_postfix or something, so they were differentiable (or any other way of having both scripts installed, and having the appropriate one exec for the version of the mapscript on the server).
