Single player would be nice to see and I totally agree that they have a lot of talent in that area which has been under utilised so far.
Not sure about it being a new IP though, wasn’t they signed up to a big name publisher for one title? I’d imagine making a console title is probably more costly than a PC one and having a big publisher on board to grease the wheels and handle the marketing would allow SD to make this a ‘bring home the bacon’ game rather than a ‘bet the farm’ one.
