I think it’ll be multiplayer, team based fun. This time we must buy it.
They are fighting hard to solve the problem with “only a small number of players can play”-problem. But that problem will be solved soon.
Genre? They will stick with the WWII theme, because “why change a winning team”? Horror or space themes are not on their minds.
Currently they are hoping that Loffy will be a beta tester. And yes, I can do that.

I’m not sure it will be the Wolfenstein franchise. They want to do their own WWII-theme multiplayer game, I think.
I’m confident it will be good though, because they have the ability to invent new, unorthodox and fun game elements.
Mystery making and hush-hush is such a big component on the game-making industry, by tradition, so I doubt that they will say anything in advance. Which is cool.

i think doom 3 was the last, the whole idea now is just a bit boring, kill zombies and monsters

Well Doom3 won’t be the last in the franchise if you count the already announced expansion…

But yeah, I can see how the idea of ALL of Hell coming to earth and torturing souls for all eternity is boring. Bring on the man made viruses!

I personally hope that It wont be a new kind of ww2 game, becuase its been done too many times now. Splash Damage are perfectly capable of comming up with intelligent new game ideas themselves. I hope :slight_smile:

i think if you want to know something about the new gamw you should ask Activision.
May be they tell something.

Hopefully the new play-by-mail turn-based outdoor Pong 3D contains some kind of eXperient Points and classes.
