So I want to make a movie..

But im a total neeb at stuff like this.
I always turn out with a 4 minute movie thats 600MB.
So what stuff do I need, what to use, tips on shooting it…
Any help really. :banghead:

Hi!
One thing to be aware of, is how huge wav-files are. I made a short frag movie once. It too became approx. 600 Mb. I later learned that the music and sound files should be mp3 (if possible) - not wav. I had used wav-files only.

Quake Movie Maker is bleurgh.

Search hard and find Adobe Premier or Vegas Video. I use Vegas meself…

QVM is ok (not many features, but easy to use), and unless you’re prepared to pay a significant amount of money or download warez QVM+VirtualDub is probably as good as it gets.

There is (or at least used to be) a fully functional 1-month demo version of Premiere though.
