Ok ppl, i have windows xp + service pack 2 and the latest ati graphics for my card. Anyone know how to stop the locking up that occurs? its pissing me off cuz i get on a role and it locks up.

The latest ATI Casts (Drivers) are a bit messed up. Both sets, including ones from today/yesterday iirc are.
See Here for the Omega Cars which providing a more stable and higher performance imo. (Not much iff in Benchmark scores but still greater with the Omegas.)

same thing hppned to me but i just clicked unblock and have had no trouble playing…although sayin that i always get disconnected for unknown reason between games and dont tell me bout requirements cos i have more than enogh and also it say sometimes 0 packet flow and 0 minuites???

Well no gfx or firewall issues for me, only that on certain ETPro Servers I get kicked by PB after 1 min.
As soon a s I connect I get a continuos string of “O/S Excemption” in my console.
Only happens since I went SP2.

I know it is microsoft but i mean… If it wasnt for MS we would still be playing pong (the black and white bat game) on a “dos” is O/S on a BBC… MS Rules imo
MS stuff only crashes with stuff made by non MS and they make cheaper/quicker/crap stuff…

i uninstakled sp2 for various reasons but in a nutshell it wasnt worth the trouble if i get a virus im able to get rid of it my self as i have done in the past + the fact that ive got norton…so zeroice m8 maybe its worth uninstalling?
+it semmed like sp2 had a problem with everything i did watching video clips using wmplayer playing ET…u name it sp2 had a problem with it but even after uninstalling i still get unknown discconections from pb for 0 packet flow…0 minuites…etc y i really dont know maybe someone could help me 2?

You could try lowering your AGP setting to x4 (in BIOS setup) … worked for a mate with the same problem.
