Servers not showing up on in game list

I have 2 servers running one shrubmod and the other ETpro. Neither of my servers will show up on the list in game. I have disabled all filters and still cant see either server. Is there something special that has to be in the server.cfg that makes the server show up?

Both servers are set up to report to these master servers. Anything missing?

set sv_master1 “etmaster.idsoftware.com”

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

other than set sv_master1 “etmaster.idsoftware.com” and dedicated 2, nope.

Are they rented servers ? If not, and they are in-home, are they behind a router ?
Can you tell if anyone is able to join them, i.e: console or logfile.
Did you set the ‘sv_hostname’ to be a recognizable name within the server.cfg ?
–as a matter of fact, are you using server.cfg’s for server setup ??

I found the problem… I didnt have the set net_ip or the set net_port cvars filled out. Once I did this the servers showed up. Oh well… Thanks for your help anyway guys.
