When I start my et server ( on linux ), I give this command : etded +set fs_game etpro +set sv_punkbuster 1 +exec server.cfg
Still the mod is “main” istead of “etpro” and punkbuster is not enabled. Does anyone know why? My main consern is punkbuster.

you can try entering the follwing in your server.cfg:
+set fs_game etpro
pb_sv_enable or sv_punkbuster 1

Punkbuster is enabled now after I added the pb_sv_enable in the server.cfg.
Etpro is still a problem. I added the variable set fs_game etpro and then +set fs_game etpro in the server.cfg file but no luck. :blah:

Putting +set in the config will NOT work. You cannot set fs_game except on the command line, and + is only used on the command line.
You should also use +set sv_punkbuster 1 on the command line, and not use pb_sv_enable
One common cause of errors like this is accidentally having another copy of the server running. If et finds this, it will just listen on the next port.
I tried the +set sv_punkbuster 1 in the command line but it did not work. :disgust:
