server problems with pb please help

hi there i run a server just for fun, nothing special just for me and my mates and one of

them enabled pb so i did the whole rcon pb disable thing and the server shows up without the pb logo and sv_punkbuster 0 ,but everytime you wanna join its requests that you enable punkbuster WTF pb isnt enabled on the server so why does it ask this?? any help on what to do

If punkbuster was previously running, you need to completely restart the server in order to kill it.

i did restart server and sv_punkbuster 0 is shown in server info punkbuster is disabled on the server it shows up with out the pb logo but it still bitches about you enableing it for some reason
