Server host 7 days in week ?

Is it possible that i host 7 days in week ?
Not in my computer but somewere in big server or how just like:

  1. Arena51.be ET
  2. element´fragland
  3. and more …

How they host ?

Either you rent a dedicated server and set it up yourself or you rent a all-inclusive ready for action game server from some company.
