Server disconnected for unknown reason - Not in other posts!

I’m running a p4, not overclocked, a Geforce4 4400, 512MB ram. I’m above the min specs. I think the key to my problem is the line in the condump

Can't use keys or values with a \

I can connect to a lan game PB or no PB game, and if I turn PB off, I can connect to internet games, but if I turn on PB and try an internet game, I get the “Server disconnected…” error.

Re-install of winxppro and a re-install of wolfet, no dice. Same errors. BTW, I’m connecting to 64.246.60.18.

Ah hang on, so this only happens when you connect to one server then ? Or is that the one that you can connect to ?

Ok… I nailed it down to the colors I was using in my name… SHEESH!

Previously, I was ^/[NDA]^\Beren, which gave a nice green and tan look, but had the unfortunate side effect of not allowing me to play. Now however, I’m just [NDA]Beren, which means no cool look, but I do get to play now. :slight_smile:

(OMFG, I can’t believe I just re-installed XP just to play this game!!! I am a sad bastard…)
